Cipax is a company within the development and sales of rotationally molded products and systems. We offer everything from construction to finished product or system. Sales consist of both customer-specific products and our own product range within industry and infrastructure. Production takes place mainly at our sister companies, with final assembly and testing at our company. Your main tasks

  • Responsibility for the company and sales results in Norway
  • Responsibility for results and budget, as well as driving profitable growth
  • Work both operationally and strategically in line with the company’s business plan and focus areas
  • Drive the business in accordance with the group management’s guidelines and the company’s value base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers
  • Ensure that we become the customer’s first choice through a focus on customer value
  • Lead and engage your management team, creating a stimulating and motivating work environment

 

We are looking for you who

  • Have strong business acumen and commercial drive
  • Have good technical insight and understanding, as well as relevant experience
  • Have experience from B2B sales
  • Have strong customer focus
  • Have the ability to lead, engage and develop employees
  • Are structured, clear and motivating as a leader
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
  • Are open to change and solution-oriented
