Industrial Solutions Business Unit

The business unit is made up of Canline, Case Packing Systems (CPS), CIM, Fredriksons, Integrated Packaging Solutions (IPS), Jorgensen, Lundgren Machinery, NPB and Polyketting. The companies supply automation solutions developed in-house, such as packaging equipment, accumulators and conveyor systems, above all to the packaging and food industries. CIM provides end-to-end production software solutions. IPS provides machinery and integration technology as well as production-optimisation services to metal packaging manufacturers. Fredriksons also conducts contract assignments in respect of advanced industrial products in small and medium-sized series, for applications primarily within the packaging and food industries, medical technology, infrastructure and the environment.

Integrated Packaging Solutions – a catalyst for sustainable business within XANO Industrial Solutions

Sustainability is a cornerstone of IPS’s operations. By leveraging smart digital solutions and optimising production processes, the company works to create sustainable production lines. This aligns with XANO’s sustainability roadmap, which emphasises value creation through collaboration and the promotion of a circular economy.

CANLINE

Canline designs, manufactures and sells automation equipment, primarily for handling metal cans. The equipment is based on proprietary technology unique in the sector, and the company possess specialist expertise in design, mechanics and electrical control.

CASE PACKING SYSTEMS (CPS)

CPS develops, manufactures and sells systems for fully automated handling primarily of food packaging. Sales take place globally with Europe as the main market. CPS delivers efficient packaging machines, that substantially improve the customers' packaging process while reducing material usage and costs.

CIM

CIM is a leading production software specialist. Based on own frameworks and products, CIM provides end-to-end production software solutions within Industrial IoT, Track & Trace/Serialisation, Machine Vision and Test & Measurement, as well as related custom work. CIM’s solutions enable their customers to make business critical decisions based on reliable data.

FREDRIKSONS

Fredriksons works with customer-specific manufacture, including sheet metal processing, cutting machining and assembly. The company's customers are primarily active within food handling, medical technology, the environment and energy.

GRANITEN

Graniten develops and produces high technology solutions for automation processes. Its customers are leading players in pharma, medtech and healthcare, mainly located in Europe.

INTEGRATED PACKAGING SOLUTIONS (IPS)

IPS is an international company operating within the packaging sector, mainly targeting the can-making industry. IPS provides machinery and integration technology as well as production-optimisation services to metal packaging manufacturers. Through the company's in-house developed concept CanSCHOOL, there are opportunities to further deepen collaboration with customers in the can-making industry.

JORGENSEN

Jorgensen is a leading international automation company that supplies and integrates equipment and complete packaging handling systems, with the emphasis on automation in relation to food packaging. The company’s customers are world-leading players within the milk powder, food, pharmaceuticals and pet food segments. The company conducts installations all over the world, but Europe constitutes its main market.

LUNDGREN MACHINERY

Lundgren Machinery's operations include the development and manufacturing of case erecting and case sealing machines, as well as contract assignments for prototypes, single units and complete solutions.

NPB

NPB designs, manufactures and sells automation equipment, primarily for handling metal lids. The equipment is based on proprietary technology unique in the sector, and the company possess specialist expertise in design, mechanics and electrical control.

POLYKETTING

Polyketting works with the development, manufacture and sale of automation equipment, primarily accumulator units and conveyor systems, for the handling of packages. Customers are mainly made up of companies within the food industry.
