Change in the number of shares and votes

At the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2022, it was decided to increase the number of shares by splitting each existing share into two new shares of the same type (2:1 split). The split has been carried out and registered in June, with 15 June 2022 as the record date.

After the split, the total number of registered shares in the company stands at 58,494,214, divided between 14,577,600 Class A shares (unlisted) and 43,916,614 Class B shares, with a nominal value of SEK 0.625. Each Class A share entitles ten votes and each Class B share entitles one vote. The total number of voting rights amounts to 189,692,614. The company's holding of own Class B shares stands at 509,132. The share capital remains unchanged at SEK 36,558,884.
