XANO signs long-term and extended credit agreements

Through new agreements, XANO has increased the Group's total credit facilities by the equivalent of SEK 820 million to a total of approx. SEK 2,200 million. This secures the financing of XANO's continued growth and acquisition-oriented work.

With Nordea Bank, a new agreement has on 3 June 2022 been signed for a credit facility of SEK 1,700 million, which is an increase of SEK 320 million from the previous level. The agreement runs for three years with an option to extend for an additional one plus one year. 

Furthermore, a credit agreement has been concluded with Svensk Exportkredit regarding a new facility of approx. SEK 500 million with a corresponding maturity.
