XANO expands its Group Management

In order to complement and strengthen the Group's operational management and further sharpen the focus on the Group's progress on sustainability issues, Marilyn Lindh, Chief Sustainability Officer at XANO, has been appointed member of the Group Management, which since before includes Lennart Persson, President and CEO, and Marie Ek Jonson, CFO.

Marilyn joined XANO in 2023 to drive both strategic and operational work linked to sustainability at Group level. The role also includes supporting activities related to value chain development at Group companies with sustainable business as a guiding principle. 

With expertise and responsibility for sustainability issues represented in the Group Management, the conditions for successfully implementing the Group's sustainability strategy and driving the transition to more sustainable business are improved.
